At AquaDentica, we want you to shop with confidence. Please review our return and refund policy below.

7-Day Return Window

We accept returns of eligible unused, unopened, and sealed items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, sealed, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used oral-care and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@aquadentica.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aquadentica.com. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

We will review the problem and, if approved, we will offer a replacement, reshipment, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including opened or used oral-care and personal-care products, perishable goods, and gift cards.

If you have questions about whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@aquadentica.com.

Refused Packages / Returned to Sender

If a package is refused by the customer or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, failed delivery attempts, or failure to claim the package, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like the package re-shipped, you may be required to pay a re-shipping fee.

If a package is returned to sender due to an error on our part, we will reship the order at no extra cost or provide a full refund, depending on the situation.

Packages Lost in Transit / Non-Functional Products

If your order is lost in transit or arrives non-functional due to our error or a product defect, please contact us at support@aquadentica.com. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

European Union Orders

AquaDentica does not sell to, ship to, or accept orders for delivery in the European Union. Orders placed for delivery to European Union addresses may be canceled and refunded.
