Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AquaDentica. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary by product, supplier, shipping destination, and fulfillment method. The estimated delivery timeframe for each product will be listed on the applicable product page, at checkout, or both.

If no specific delivery timeframe is listed on the product page or at checkout, the default estimated delivery timeframe is 30 days after fulfillment. Orders may experience delays during holidays, peak seasons, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other events outside our control. 

Please note that all shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delayed Shipments

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, on the applicable product page, or in this Shipping Policy, we will handle the delay as required by applicable law.

Where required by law, you may request to cancel the order for a full refund of any unshipped items. Where applicable law requires us to provide notice, obtain consent to a shipping delay, or provide cancellation or refund rights, we will do so as required.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States and to select non-European Union international destinations.

We do not sell to, ship to, or accept orders for delivery in the European Union.

We also do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes where carrier delivery is unavailable

  • Freight forwarders when restricted by carrier or risk controls

  • Countries or regions where shipping is unavailable, prohibited, or excessively delayed due to legal, carrier, or customs limitations

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipment to any address, region, or country at our discretion.

Shipping Carriers

We may use carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or other local and international delivery partners depending on the destination, package type, and fulfillment method.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees are added at checkout for eligible U.S. delivery addresses unless otherwise stated on product page.

Business Days

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow time for the tracking page to update after the carrier first receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address / Re-Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the customer entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failed to claim the package, or failed delivery attempts occurred, the customer may be required to pay a re-shipping fee before the order can be shipped again.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if the address provided by the customer at checkout was inaccurate.

Delivered but Not Received / Lost / Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing and final delivery are outside our direct control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other events outside our control.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or building staff, and contact the carrier directly. You may also contact us at support@aquadentica.com so we can review the shipment information.

We do not automatically refund or replace orders marked as delivered by the carrier. Any replacement or refund in such cases will be handled at our discretion, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If a package appears to be lost in transit, contact us at support@aquadentica.com. Where appropriate, we may assist with a carrier search or claim.

Import Duties, Taxes, and VAT

For international orders outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, customs inspections or clearance delays, carrier disruptions, labor shortages, strikes, public health events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Split Shipments / Partial Fulfillment

In some cases, an order may be shipped in separate packages or fulfilled in multiple shipments. If that happens, you may receive multiple tracking updates and your items may arrive on different dates.
